ITIL 4 offers 2 streams – Managing Professional for leaders and specialists and Strategic Leader for CIO, CDO and people with such ambitions. It consists of a total of 5 modules:

  • ITIL 4 Create, Deliver and Support (CDS) – IT and Digital “engine” and value streams for new services and user support;
  • ITIL 4 Drive Stakeholder Value (DSV) – Customer journey and providing the best digital and IT service experience;
  • ITIL 4 High-Velocity IT (HVIT) – Digital transformation and high speed IT;
  • ITIL 4 Direct, Plan and Improve (DPI) – Implementation of IT and digital strategies;
  • ITIL 4 Digital and IT Strategy (DITS) – Digital disruption in the VUCA world.
